Traditional metal braces can fix gapped or crooked teeth, however, the classic “metal mouth” look is not ideal for those looking for a subtle teeth-straightening solution. Thankfully, modern-day dentistry has given us another option, separate of traditional metal braces – cue Invisalign! Invisalign “Invisible” Braces can help get you closer to the smile you desire, without the metal brackets and wire that come with traditional braces. Invisalign aligner trays are virtually undetectable to the naked eye, providing a functional and aesthetic solution for achieving a straighter smile.

How does Invisalign work?

When you visit our dental office, we will conduct a smile assessment to ensure you’re a good fit for the treatment. After discussing your needs and wants, we will map out a treatment plan - you will even have the opportunity to see a 3D render of what your teeth will look like at the end of the treatment! Aligner trays will be designed and custom-fitted to your mouth. When placed in your mouth, these trays work to apply gentle pressure, shifting your teeth gradually until they’re in the correct place as mapped out in your treatment plan. Expect to visit us once every 6 weeks or so for new aligner trays until you’ve achieved your end goal.

Why choose Invisalign?

Invisalign trays are removable, therefore you don’t have to worry about missing out on your favourite foods or social events while wearing them. Cleaning the trays and the rest of your mouth is simple - you simply pop the trays out, clean your teeth, brush and floss to your heart’s delight, and replace the trays in your mouth.
